This just in: There was a Bernadette mention on Jeopardy this evening (I don't know if any of you watch it) and the category was "theatre." Here was the "answer:"

Yeehaw! Bernadette Peters won a Tony Award for her portayal of Annie Oakley in this Irving Berlin musical.

I'm sure we all know the "question" for that one. (I yelled it out from where I was making dinner near the stove, and everyone turned to stare at me. It was quite comical.)

If you had to make up an "answer" to appear on Jeopardy (to try and stump theatre fans) what would it be? Or we could play a game. Post some Bernadette trivia and whoever answers correctly gets to ask the next question.

Regis: And look at all this hair. My God. That's a lot of hair. Look at this. How does hair get this way?
Bernadette: Um.. it sort of grew out of my head like this.

I wasn't gonna answer, lol I was just gonna respond to the first comment, but it's too easy to pass up.

Song & Dance.......and.......Annie Get Your Gun

And they weren't plays, they were musicals.

Ok, so as to what I was originally gonna say, I remember in like 1999 or 2000 there was an episode of Jeopardy where Bernadette actually appeared on their little video thing and said, "Hi, I'm Bernadette Peters. I recently won the Best Actress Tony for my portrayal of this woman." Obviously it was Annie Oakley.

OK, here's my little trivia question. Bernadette appeared on an episode of All In The Family where she played a student who tries to seduce Mike (AKA Meat Head). What was her character's name?

LOL and I actually do know the answer...in case anyone is wondering.

Well technically only 3 surnames are known: Kimble (The Jerk), Rothenberg (David) and D'Agoult (Impromptu). Marie in SITPWG was never given a last name though I guess you would say it was Seurat since he was her father.

Here's my question: What famous theater actress starred in the television show "A Christmas Tree" with Bernadette?

I thought it was supposed to be whoever got the right answer asked the next question? Jenny never actually answered any question.

Let's not get too technical about the rules. As for "A Christmas Tree" wasn't it a Hallmark Hall of Fame with Jessica Tandy?

Feel free to ask one for me 'cause I can't think of any. I'll try and come up with one later.
